Digital & Product Lead- Supply Chain Finance

As a Digital Transformation Leader for supply chain finance, your role will involve driving digital initiatives to enhance the digital presence of SCF. You will be responsible for integrating SCF with existing IT systems, focusing on product and process design to improve customer experience, digital journey, and automation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading Digital Transformation for supply chain finance - Driving digital initiatives for revamping SCF for increased digital presence - Supporting and enabling integration of SCF with existing IT Systems - Designing products and processes with a focus on customer experience, digital journey, and automation - Providing business requirements to IT and identifying solution design - Monitoring and driving back-end operations and services for continuous improvement - Planning, budgeting, and tracking projects as part of program management - Liaising with all functions for product launch, deployment, and change management - Driving strategic initiatives required by business, management, process improvement projects, and new tech platforms - Enabling lead generation on the Anchor Leads with the support of the anchor team - Managing a team of 2 resources reporting to you - Ensuring all responsibilities are performed in alignment with Company Values and guidelines, as applicable, and within the parameters of the Company Code of Conduct Experience: Preferably 10+ years Education: Preferably MBA Skills & Competencies: - Digital experience in similar product lines - Strong liasoning capabilities - Strong people management skills Please note that all activities should be carried out adhering to the Company's policies and guidelines.
