Sr. Technical Architect

As the Lead Software Engineer in the Innovation Center - Think Tank, your role will involve: - Leading the design and development of the core product architecture. - Building and maintaining scalable backend services using Python. - Developing high-quality cross-platform user interfaces using Flutter. - Owning end-to-end system design, including APIs, data models, and application workflows. - Collaborating with Head of engineering and product stakeholders to translate product ideas into technical solutions. - Ensuring code quality, performance, security, and maintainability across the stack. - Mentoring engineers and helping establish engineering best practices. - Contributing to DevOps processes including CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment. - Participating in technical decision-making for architecture, frameworks, and tooling.
