Job Description: React Developer

We are seeking a talented and highly skilled React Developer with a specialization in front-end development to join our dynamic team. As a React Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You should be well-versed in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, and have a passion for crafting intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to translate design concepts into functional and performant user interfaces using React.

• Develop new user-facing features and components while ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining code quality and reusability.

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code standards are followed.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends, techniques, and best practices to continually improve development processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other programming-related challenges.

• Actively contribute to architectural decisions and propose innovative solutions to enhance application performance and maintainability.

• Collaborate with the UX team to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in building front-end web applications using React and Redux.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies to implement pixel-perfect UI designs.

• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management libraries such as Redux. Preference will be given to candidates having experience with Redux-toolkit.

• Good understanding of front-end design systems and experience with a modern design framework such as Material UI(MUI).

• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack).

• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• A self-driven individual with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the front-end development landscape.

• Having experience in full stack development is a plus.
