Job Description
Sr Data Engineer – Key Skills - Snowflake – Plano – Texas – Rate -$100 • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and data warehouse / cloud data platform design • Experience designing and building data pipelines and integration architectures • Practical experience with cloud data engineering services and architecture • Experience with batch, event-driven, or near-real-time data integration patterns • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs • Experience integrating data from internal enterprise systems and external corporate systems • Experience working with relational databases, file-based sources, APIs, and messaging or event platforms • Strong understanding of data engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and operational support • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills • Ability to define detailed design and translate requirements into technical solutions • Familiarity with security best practices, IAM, encryption, and secrets management • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
