Experience: 10-15+ Years Role Summary: Senior ServiceNow Architect with strong Telco domain experience to lead solution architecture, platform strategy, and enterprise ITSM transformation. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and design. Lead ITSM and Telco solution architecture (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB). Design integrations with OSS/BSS, NOC tools, and enterprise platforms. Drive governance, best practices, scalability, and security standards. Act as technical advisor to leadership and stakeholders. Must Have: 7+ years ServiceNow, strong ITSM + Telco domain experience. Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture & integrations.
