The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience in ServiceNow across multiple implementations and will be responsible for leading development teams, designing solutions, and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions. Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs. Configure and manage ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management. Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
