Must be able to negotiate,influence and work with business peers and management The candidate must have strong expertise across core mainframe technologies including COBOL,JCL,DB2,VSAM,CICS,and associated IBM mainframe utilities to support equity compensation products for the Global markets Must be experienced in maintaining systems in the MVS mainframe environment
