The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and executing the migration strategy from Azure Synapse to Databricks while ensuring platform performance, scalability, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand the existing end-to-end data architecture and pipeline ecosystem. Assess and validate data flows across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers. Identify architectural gaps, performance bottlenecks, and modernization opportunities. Define and drive the migration strategy from Azure Synapse to Databricks. Ensure data quality, performance optimization, scalability, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align data platform capabilities with organizational goals. Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and best practices throughout the transformation journey.
