Focus on creating efficient workflows based on technical logic rather than just visual elements. - Conduct OS Framework Research: Analyze OS updates for macOS, Windows, Android, iOS, Linux, and visionOS. Understand developer documentation to leverage new system APIs for solving enterprise issues effectively. - Own Technical Spec Documentation: Create detailed functional specifications defining API contracts, data schemas, error-handling mechanisms, and end-user scenarios clearly for Engineering implementation. - Evaluate Feasibility & Scoping: Collaborate with Engineering to assess different implementation paths, ensuring scalability and performance of the solution. - Ensure System Integrity: Anticipate and address edge cases in cross-platform workflows to maintain consistency and reliability. - Perform Competitive Technical Analysis: Evaluate competitors based on technical implementation, API coverage, and agent architecture to maintain Hexnode's technical superiority. Qualification Required: - Experience: 4-6 years in Product Management within B2B SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Systems Management domains. - Technical Literacy: Proficiency in reading API documentation (REST, SOAP), understanding JSON/XML structures, and grasping interactions between agents/daemons and OS. - Logical Rigor: Ability to map out complex technical workflows and explain processes from server to endpoint clearly. - Problem-Solving Skills: Apply a "First Principles" approach to understand how features operate within an OS environment. - Communication Abilities: Translate technical jargon into functional requirements for stakeholders and vice versa effectively. - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in a technical role. If you are a growth-oriented individual looking to contribute technical expertise to a dynamic Product-based company like Hexnode, this opportunity is tailored for you. Join us in shaping the future of Unified Endpoint Management and Security solutions.
