We are seeking a proactive and skilled Python Web Developer to join our Customer Active Response Team (CART). You will be responsible for analyzing, debugging, optimizing, and delivering quick, effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to customer experience. This is a shift-based role requiring availability for round-the-clock support. 2 to 5 years of experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and long-term solutions.Write clean, efficient Python code to support bug fixes and enhancements.Optimize performance of existing code and services for faster resolution and better scalability.Participate in a rotating shift schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage. Strong proficiency in Python with experience in debugging and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend systems, and log analysis. Experience with SQL and working with relational databases. Experience in customer support engineering or incident response roles.
