About the role
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts to automate business application processes. Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Requests, BeautifulSoup etc). Integrate Python automation with RPA tools like UiPath to streamline workflows. Develop and document end-to-end automation workflows, including triggers, exception handling, and logging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions. Monitor and optimize existing automation scripts for performance and reliability. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during automation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4+ years of experience in Python programming with a focus on automation. Strong understanding of RPA concepts and hands-on experience with UiPath. Proficiency in Python libraries for automation and data handling (e.g., Pandas, Selenium, PyAutoGUI, OpenPyXL). Experience in building and managing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools and version control systems (e.g., Git). Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code. Preferred Skills: Python , UiPath Developer Certification or equivalent. Knowledge of workflow automation tools. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for deploying automation solutions. Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to machine learning or AI-based automation techniques. Understanding of business process modeling and BPMN standards.
