Job Description: Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), to join our agile team. Responsibilities: ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HR Service Delivery modules. Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business needs and requirements related to HR Service Delivery. HRSD Module Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in core HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Agent Workspace. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into effective ServiceNow HRSD configurations. Integration and Automation: Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and tools to streamline processes. Design and implement automation solutions to optimize HR service delivery workflows. Customization and Scripting: Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality for HRSD. Customize forms, lists, and workflows to improve the overall user experience for HR processes. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD solutions. Communicate effectively with HR teams to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Proven expertise in implementing and customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules. Technical Skills: Robust knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages. HRSD Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR service delivery processes and best practices. Hands-on experience with core HRSD modules in ServiceNow. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate HR requirements into technical solutions. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in HR Service Delivery is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. .
