Role Overview: We are looking for professionals with 812 years of experience in Application Support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and eDiscovery Tools , with experience in monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring application stability.
