Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Functional Expert - Procurement & CLM with strong expertise in procurement business processes, Sirion CLM, Agile delivery, Jira, and Confluence. The candidate will work closely with Procurement, Legal, Business, and Technology teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, create user stories, and support the successful delivery of procurement and contract management solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business analysis skills, hands-on experience with CLM platforms, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & CLM Functional Expertise Act as a functional SME for Procurement, Source-to-Contract (S2C), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from procurement, legal, and business stakeholders.

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.

Support design and implementation of procurement and contract management solutions.

Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs.

Sirion CLM Management Work as a functional consultant supporting Sirion CLM enhancements and ongoing initiatives.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration requirements.

Support contract workflow design, approval processes, templates, metadata, obligation tracking, and reporting.

General Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and business sign-offs.

Partner with technical teams to validate solution designs and configurations.

Agile Delivery & Business Analysis Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

Maintain and prioritize product backlogs in Jira.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Ensure stories are sprint-ready and aligned with business priorities.

Collaborate with Product Owners and Development Teams to ensure successful delivery.

Jira & Confluence Administration Manage and update Jira boards, sprint plans, dashboards, and reporting metrics.

Create and maintain project documentation, release notes, knowledge articles, and process documentation in Confluence.

Establish and maintain documentation standards and governance.

Track requirements, issues, risks, and dependencies effectively.

Stakeholder Management Work closely with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Business teams.

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Skills: Strong understanding of Procurement Operations, Source-to-Contract (S2C), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Supplier Management, and Contract Governance & Compliance.

Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Sirion CLM.

Experience with contract workflows, approval processes, templates, metadata, and reporting.

Agile & Project Delivery: Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency in User Story Writing, Acceptance Criteria Definition, Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, Requirement Prioritization.

Tools: Jira, Confluence, Sirion CLM, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio/Lucidchart (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, or Functional Expert.

• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred.

• Procurement and CLM domain experience preferred.

• Preferred Experience

• Experience in Procurement Digital Transformation initiatives.

• Exposure to SAP Ariba, Coupa, SAP Procurement, Oracle Procurement, or similar platforms.

• Experience working in global enterprise environments.

• Understanding of SaaS application delivery and integrations.

• Familiarity with legal contracting processes and compliance requirements.
