About the role
As a People Data & Analytics Lead at HighLevel, your role is crucial in building and leading a strategic analytics capability that treats data as a high-touch service for internal customers such as the People team, executive leadership, and HighLevel managers. You will be reporting to the Chief of Staff within the CPOs Office. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Advisory & Executive Partnership: - Act as a Lead Strategic Partner to the Chief of Staff to translate complex organizational goals into high-impact People strategies. - Synthesize Complex Datasets into compelling, executive-ready narratives that simplify complexity and drive leadership alignment. - Proactively Surface Organizational Risks, identifying trends in attrition, engagement, or performance before they impact the business. - Drive the Analytics Roadmap by aligning data priorities directly with HighLevels long-term growth and organizational strategy. - Customer-Obsessed Analytics (Data as a Service): - Adopt a User-First Design: Translate complex workforce data into intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and presentations using strong visual storytelling. - Drive Decision-Ready Insights: Focus on delivering actionable recommendations ensuring every insight drives meaningful action. - Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner directly with functional leaders to translate their most pressing business questions into structured data narratives. - Enablement & Literacy: Act as a data translator, simplifying complex workforce models for executive audiences without losing analytical rigor. - Advanced Workforce Modeling & Forecasting: - Design Sophisticated Workforce Models: Lead headcount forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modeling. - Establish High-Value Metrics: Define and standardize core metrics across the talent lifecycle. - Agile Impact: Own complex, multi-workstream analytics initiatives from concept through implementation. - Data Governance & Integrity: - Establish Excellence Standards: Define data governance standards, metric definitions, and quality controls to ensure consistency and reliability across the People org. - Influence Infrastructure: Partner with HRIS and Data Engineering teams to ensure necessary data inputs are available for high-level analysis. - Optimize for Scalability: Improve automation and reduce manual reporting through process optimization. Qualifications Required: - 8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR data strategy, workforce planning, or related roles. - Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel, SQL or similar. - Strong understanding of how core HR domains operate with the ability to leverage that knowledge to extract, analyze, and synthesize meaningful people insights. - Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives using structured project management methodologies in agile or fast-paced environments.
