About the role
As a CAD Draftsman, your role involves creating precise 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, and models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks for construction and manufacturing projects. You will be responsible for developing detailed layouts, floor plans, and drawings for structural, mechanical, or electrical components. Your collaboration with engineers, architects, and project managers will be crucial in finalizing designs and making necessary adjustments based on feedback and specifications. It is essential to ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards, safety codes, and project regulations. Additionally, you will be required to calculate material requirements and structural dimensions.
