Position: Engineering Manager/Deputy Manager Product Development Location: Cochin Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred) Experience: Min. 10+ Years of Product Development Experience with at least 3 years in Leadershi Role. Salary: 15LPA 18LPA Job Summary: Lead a team of product development engineers responsible for the end-to-end development of power connectors, cable assemblies and related products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team. 2. Own project execution from concept through production launch. 3. Provide technical oversight for concept generation, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, GD&T, validation and qualification. 4. Drive engineering standards and continuous improvement. Skills Required: 1. Expertise in Creo; 2. Strong knowledge of injection molding, stamping, plating, machining, and assembly. 3. Strong understanding of the mechanics of materials, DFM, DFA, GD&T, DFMEA and tolerance analysis.
