Role : Full Stack Developer (ServiceNow Experience Required) Location : Remote Shift timing : 3PM-12AM Total Experience : min 5-8 Years Relevant Experience: 4 to 5 years (ServiceNow development, JavaScript, API integrations, UI customization) About the Role We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in ServiceNow development and Okta integration to join our team. You will play a key role in designing and building a client-facing self-service portal using ServiceNow. This portal will enhance the user experience by providing seamless self-service capabilities, automation, and integrations with enterprise applications. This role requires solid proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, experience with ServiceNow architecture, and knowledge of authentication and identity management through Okta. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development of a client-facing self-service portal using ServiceNow. - Design and implement user-friendly interfaces with front-end technologies like - JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS. - Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and - automation to improve self-service functionality. - Develop and maintain APIs for integrations between ServiceNow, Okta, and - other enterprise applications. - Implement and manage Okta authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor - Authentication (MFA), and identity governance within the portal. - Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the self-service portal. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product - managers, and other developers. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow, Okta, and API - integrations. - Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow and Okta developments and best - practices. Required Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with ServiceNow. - Experience developing client-facing self-service portals within ServiceNow. - Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI design, - workflows, and automation. - Experience with Okta authentication and identity management, including SSO, - MFA, SCIM provisioning, and API integrations. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and other front-end - technologies. - Strong understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations. - Experience with database management and querying (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or - ServiceNow tables). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a - team.
