About the role
Heat load calculation based on basic input data. Selection of equipments based on heat load value. Thermal and Mechanical Designing of Heat exchangers & pressure vessels using HTRI Software. Designing of Refrigeration Equipments ( like air cooling units, condensers, brine & water chillers, HP & LP receiver, Plate freezer, IBT coils & trunk coils ) using Frick Manual, ASHRAE and Man- ual calculation. Preparation of Drawings, Work order, Bill of materials for manufacturing items. Selection of Static & Rotating equipments. Estimation of cooling load. Design of Heat Exchangers (chillers & Condensers) as follows TEMA R,C,B 2009 Edn & ASME Sec VIII Div-I. Design of pressure vessels as per ASME Section VIII, Div I & Div II and IS-2825. Execute the drawing of pressure vessels Manufacturing as per ASME Sec VIII Div-I. Welding Qualification, NDT, Ferrous & Non ferrous materials specification, properties are follows as per ASME Sec IX , Sec V, and Sec II-Part A, B, C & D. Co-ordination of Third party inspectors for Inspection & Testing of refrigeration equipments (Like TUV, EIL,HSB, JACOBS & PROTECH). Designing of Equipment Layout based on the building layout provided. Documentation works (like vendor assessment form, technical specification data sheets and QAP) Designing of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (includes pipe size selection, selection of valves, Controls, Pumps) Preparation of Material lists (includes calculation of pipe lengths, Elbows, Valves, Flanges, & all other items like Channels, Insulation) Coordinating with Erection department for Installation problems (visit sites & provide remedies for Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
