About the role
a) Detail Engineering of Chillers / Low Temperature Refrigeration ( LTR) / Vapour Absorption Chillers (VAM) b) Manufacturing BOQ, Manufacturing Drawings of Heat Exchanger parts and assembly, Piping, Manufacturing drawings of Base Frames, Structural parts c) Assembly Drawing of complete machine indicating all components / as built drawings of Chillers/LTR/VAM , d) Optimization of component layout to reduce the footprint e) Optimization of piping layouts to reduce quantity, number of joints and improve aesthetics f) Optimization of Heat Exchanger parts (Shells, Tubesheets ets) to reduce weight g) Knowledge of Fabrication Tolerances, Machining tolerances, Equipment Safety, Equipment Handling and Maintenance h) Knowledge of various types of weldings and welding symbols (representation on drawings) i) Knowledge of making GA drawings and foundation drawings, calculating CG and providing lifting arrangements j) Hands on experience on Auto CAD latest versions is preferred, Should be able to guide drafting Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
