Telecom Network Engineer SME (IMS Core and Subscriber & Signalling)

Roles and Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end deployment, integration, and upgrades of Nokia SSP/IPTEL products in 4G/5G environments.Install, configure, commission, and validate Nokia network nodes in lab and production.Review HLD/LLD documents and prepare CIQ.Execute IMS, EPC, and 5G Core integration testing and validate end-to-end call flows.Support VNF/CNF onboarding and lifecycle management using Kubernetes, CBIS, and CBAM.Participate in E2E testing, regression testing, and UAT.Plan and execute software upgrades, patches, and feature activations with minimal downtime.Prepare MOPs, rollback plans, and risk assessments.Coordinate with customer NOC, vendors, and internal teams during maintenance activities.Monitor post-upgrade KPIs, alarms, and system performance.Troubleshoot L2/L3 issues and perform protocol analysis using Wireshark, TCPDump, and Nokia tracing tools.Conduct RCA, document issues, and maintain technical documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support knowledge transfer to junior engineers.
