Java Architect

You will be working on an exciting project focused on building an end-to-end client lifecycle management solution driven by technology for procedural automation and standardization. The solution includes industry-leading modules and tools widely adopted by financial institutions. Your role will involve leveraging a mature Java/Spring Boot-based tech stack, supported by AWS infrastructure, to deliver this solution over a multi-year span. Key Responsibilities: - Work across backend, front-end, data, and AI functions, focusing on contemporary architectures, AI-driven automation, and cross-jurisdictional data compliance. - Design and architect solutions for complex business challenges in client lifecycle management space using Java/Spring Boot/Angular/PostgreSQL tech stack and AWS infrastructure. - Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams on best practices, coding standards, and software design principles. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and defects within the Java/Angular/PostgreSQL tech stack and AWS-based infrastructure. - Implement automation across entity matching, data validation, and workflow orchestration using AI/ML. - Ensure compliance with data privacy, data sovereignty, and regulatory architecture patterns. Qualifications Required: - Strong Core Java 8+/Java EE design skills, including design patterns. - Significant experience in designing and executing microservices using Spring Boot. - Proficient in messaging tools such as Active MQ, SQS, SNS, and Kafka. - Expertise in optimizing SQL queries on PostgreSQL databases. - Hands-on experience with entity resolution and matching. - Familiarity with BPMN tools. - Domain knowledge in client onboarding, KYC, and regulatory workflows. If shortlisted, you will be invited for initial rounds on 20th June 2026, Saturday in Bangalore. Note that you should be ready to travel for business purposes at least 10 days a month to client locations which can be Noida, Delhi, or Gurugram.
