Skills : VMware, VCF, NSX - Technical Architecture and Design : Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and technical specifications for cloud system. - Solution Design and Implementation : Lead the creation and deployment of cloud solutions tailored to organizational needs. - Product Life-Cycle Management : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptual design through to end-of-life considerations. - Pre-Sales Support : Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process. - Roadmap & Release Management : Establish and manage the release schedule and product roadmap. - Level 3 Support : Provide escalated support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues. - Documentation and Knowledge Management : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud systems. - Knowledge Transfer : Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities. - Communication and Collaboration : Foster strong working relationships between stakeholders, product teams, and clients. Change Management : 1. Attends CABs if there is a complex non-standard change impacting an application, a set of applications, a shared platform, or an infrastructure service is involved in Post Implementation Reviews. 2. Carries responsibility to ensure that Complex/Non-Standard Changes are completed within Specified Expected Timelines. 3. Roll out Major/Minor Releases for the application. 4. Organize Roll Out Plan for Installation on Weekends/as per the Change Approval. Application Management : 1. Need to have complete and indepth knowledge of application architecture and associated Platforms. 2. Setup potential industrialization under application perimeter. 3. Improvise functionality, efficiency and availability of applications in scope. 4. Ensure reliability of Production Plans and knowledge of impacting interfaces. 5. Maintain timely communication with customer support teams. 6. Ability to handle escalations and outages for applications and keep accountability to achieve resolution at the earliest. Customer Technical Documents : 1. Update ICOG's and SOP portal with the latest documents. 2. Properly updating Knowledge Base Articles and Procedure Documents. 3. Ensure accuracy and availability of Application ID Cards in the repository. 4. Maintain inventory and asset compilation where applicable. 5. Minimum of 11-12 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry specifically into Windows/Vmware Technology. Relevant experience required 9-10 Years. 6. Strong knowledge on VMware Platform which include ESXi OS, Cluster, Hardware. 7. 8 Years of Remote Infrastructure Management experience. 8. Knowledge in Cisco-UCS and Nutanix or Azure stack HCI or VXRail is desirable. Primary Skills : Strong knowledge on Vmware Platform, VCD, NSX, Ansible, Windows, AD. Good knowledge of Azure / AWS cloud technology. Secondary Skills : Knowledge on Storage / Backup Technology. Education, Qualifications, and Certifications : 1. Graduate/B.E. 2. VCP 6X, MCITP & ITIL.
