As Technical Support Expert at Hologic you will have high level of expertise and knowledge to support our EMEA field service teams and our in-house Solution Centre Specialists. This includes expert level troubleshooting and root cause investigation, training and support to our field engineers, enhancing our remote support capabilities.

In this pivotal role you will build robust internal relationships that uphold and extend the reach of Hologic brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take ownership of complex issues escalated by our EMEA service teams

Root cause analysis and support for complex technical, application and connectivity related queries

Drive initiatives to improve our (remote) support capabilities

Enhance team proficiency in Hologic products

Gather and utilize feedback to advance service and product quality

Deliver technical training to service teams across EMEA

Collaborate with headquarters and partners to integrate regional insights

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Educational background and/or relevant experience in biomedical / electromechanical engineering

Prior experience in field service or expert level support and experience with diagnostic devices will be advantageous

Knowledge of DICOM system will be advantageous

Advanced troubleshooting skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM and ERP systems

Ability to interface and work effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders

Results-driven and accountable team player focused on achieving service objectives, SLA compliance and KPI performance

Salary: €59,000 – €71,000 gross per year. The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances. For candidates based outside of Belgium, salary information will be shared separately depending on location.
