Work Shift AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Notice Period Immediate Joiners Only Interview Process Round 1: Virtual (Mandatory) Round 2: Face-to-Face (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Process Automation (OPA) solutions. Build and configure business processes using Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS) following BPMN 2.0 standards. Design workflows, human tasks, approval processes, and business rules. Develop and enhance Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) rules based on business requirements. Support process deployment, testing, validation, and production rollout across environments. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable automation solutions. Troubleshoot and optimize Oracle Process Automation applications. Required Skills 6+ years of overall experience with Oracle technologies. 24 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Process Automation (OPA) development. Strong experience with Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS) and BPMN 2.0 process modeling. Hands-on expertise in workflow design, task configuration, and approval workflows. Experience configuring business rules and process orchestration. Good understanding of Oracle PCS integrations. Experience with unit testing, deployment, and environment management. Ability to understand existing Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) rules and develop new rules based on business requirements. Hands-on experience with both Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) On-Premises and Oracle Process Automation Cloud . Preferred Profile Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
