Job Details Experience: 6–8 Years Interview Mode: 1st Round: Virtual (Mandatory) 2nd Round: Face-to-Face (Mandatory) Must-Have Skills Java 8+ Spring Boot Microservices Architecture REST APIs API Security (OAuth, JWT, Authentication & Authorization) System Integration & Middleware Concepts AWS Services: EC2 S3 RDS Lambda API Gateway CloudWatch ECS/EKS (Preferred) SQL & Performance Tuning CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, DevOps Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Key Responsibilities Lead OEM (Motor Dealer) integration initiatives for Motor Own Damage Claims platform. Design and develop scalable Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs. Drive end-to-end integration with OEMs, dealers, survey partners, payment platforms, and internal claims systems. Ensure application architecture, security, performance, and coding best practices. Own project delivery from requirements to production rollout. Lead and mentor development teams while managing project timelines and releases. Coordinate with business teams, vendors, and OEM partners. Conduct technical reviews, performance evaluations, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Drive automation, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred Skills Insurance Domain (Motor Claims) OEM/Dealer/Aggregator Integrations Event-Driven Architecture & Messaging Platforms Docker & Kubernetes Agile/Scrum Methodology Production Support & Application Monitoring Functional Skills Strong understanding of the Motor Claims lifecycle. Experience in claim registration, survey, assessment, repair workflow, and settlement. Third-party integrations and partner onboarding. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects. Behavioral Skills Strong leadership and people management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical problem-solving ability. Self-driven, adaptable, and ownership-oriented mindset.
