Hiring: Oracle PBCS Functional Consultant Position: Oracle PBCS Functional Consultant Employment Type: Permanent Experience: 5+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Work Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM IST 2:30 AM IST) Work Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Trichy, Bangalore, Noida & Gurgaon Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Virtual + Face-to-Face) Key Skills (Must Have) Oracle PBCS (Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service) Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion Planning Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Business Rules, Calculations & Allocations Dimensions, Metadata & Data Forms Data Management & Data Integration UAT, Functional Documentation & User Training Finance Domain Knowledge (CA/MBA Finance Preferred) Roles & Responsibilities Gather business requirements and design Oracle PBCS solutions. Configure applications, dimensions, metadata, forms, workflows, and security. Develop business rules, calculations, reports, dashboards, and planning models. Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and management reporting. Perform data integration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support. Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training. Collaborate with finance, business, and technical teams to deliver quality solutions. Required Experience 5+ years of overall experience with 3-4 years of hands-on Oracle PBCS/EPM Cloud/Hyperion Planning Functional Consulting . Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial statements. Experience in Oracle PBCS implementation, configuration, and support. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Experience with Oracle EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, or Hyperion. Oracle EPM Cloud/PBCS Certifications. Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle EBS integration experience. Knowledge of Groovy, Calculation Scripts, or EPM Automate. Experience in consulting or global implementation projects.
