About the role
Greetings from Honeybee Tech Solutions! We are hiring an Oracle Taleo Functional Consultant for our client. Job Details Interview Mode: 1st Round: Virtual (Mandatory) 2nd Round: Face-to-Face (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities Lead and support Oracle Taleo implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes. Configure and maintain Oracle Taleo modules: Taleo Recruiting (Mandatory) Taleo Onboarding (Mandatory) Taleo Learn (Preferred) Performance & Talent Management (Preferred) Conduct solution workshops and provide functional recommendations aligned with business requirements. Prepare functional design documents, business process documentation, and test scenarios. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and production deployments. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customization requirements. Troubleshoot application issues and provide functional support to end users. Work closely with global stakeholders, especially US-based business teams, to ensure timely project delivery. Support process improvements and adoption of HR best practices.
