Job Mission Lead development & optimization of: WordPress website (hoora.in) Shopify D2C store (shop.hoora.in) Manage full web development lifecycle Focus on : Page load speed, Pixel-perfect UI, Mobile-first experience, Clean HTML/CSS, Fast execution Key Responsibilities : 1. WordPress Website Development Develop, maintain & optimize hoora.in Custom theme development and modifications Build landing pages, forms, micro-sites Achieve Lighthouse / PageSpeed score > 85 Manage plugins, caching & security Basic Linux, DNS, Cloudflare & backups 2. Shopify Store Development Develop & maintain shop.hoora.in using Liquid Customize templates, checkout, product pages Build upsells, bundles & CRO components Integrate payments, shipping, GST invoicing, reviews Optimize speed, schema & mobile UX 3. Front-End Engineering Expert in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Build responsive UI for WordPress & Shopify Fix UI alignment, animations & browser issues 4. Integrations & Automation Implement WhatsApp, CRM, analytics, tracking pixels GA4, Meta & Google Tag Manager setup Technical SEO: schema, redirects, robots, sitemaps 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Product, Marketing & Growth teams Build A/B tests, landing pages, campaign microsites Create promotional & seasonal updates Full ownership of Hoora s web presence Lead junior developers or vendors when required Required Skills & Experience : Must-Have 4+ years WordPress custom development Strong Shopify Liquid customization Expert HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript PHP basics for WordPress REST API knowledge Page speed optimization expertise SEO technical fundamentals Good-to-Have Shopify Scripts / Shopify Plus Figma pixel-perfect implementation Basic Git Cloudflare, Hostinger, cPanel, AWS S3 knowledge Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, Clarity, VWO) Soft Skills Strong ownership attitude High attention to detail Fast execution Works independently Strong communication & planning Success Metrics Lighthouse score > 85 on all sites Optimized mobile experience Faster landing page & campaign delivery Lower bounce rate & higher conversion Near-zero downtime High-quality UI without agency dependency Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
