Data Analysis Programmer

As a Data Engineer at House of Anita Dongre Private Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and reconciliation of enterprise data across various platforms such as POS, ERP, OMS, integrations, and reporting systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring reliability, accuracy, and reconciliation of enterprise data across POS, ERP, OMS, integrations, and reporting platforms. - Monitoring and troubleshooting data integrations, APIs, scheduled jobs, and automated data flows. - Performing SQL-based analysis, data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. - Supporting Tableau reporting accuracy through backend data validation and refresh monitoring. - Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for integration and data-related issue resolution. - Developing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and validation scripts. - Building proactive monitoring and alert mechanisms for integration and reporting failures. - Maintaining documentation for integrations, reconciliation logic, and operational procedures. - Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives focused on data reliability and operational efficiency. In order to be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience in hands-on SQL expertise including queries, stored procedures, troubleshooting, and data analysis. - Good understanding of APIs, integrations, ETL processes, scheduled jobs, and enterprise data flows. - Proven experience in production support, data reconciliation, and integration troubleshooting in business-critical environments. - Experience with Retail, ERP, POS, OMS, or BI ecosystems will be preferred. - Exposure to Tableau or similar reporting platforms is an advantage. - Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external application vendors.
