SAP FICO Application Analyst

Key Responsibilities SAP Application Support & Incident Management Provide technical support for SAP FI/CO applications and related integrations. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and defects Support ongoing maintenance activities, bug fixes, and system enhancements. Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution. SAP Development & Enhancements Analvze business and technical reguirements provided by functional consultants and business analysts Design, develop, and enhance SAP FIVCO solutions using ABAP Create technical specifications and development documentation. Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate technical approaches. Develop custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms • Implement integrations between SAP modules and external applications. Testing & Quality Assurance ,Perform unit testing and support integration testing activities. Ensure developments comply with technical standards and quality guidelines. Validate solutions against business requirements Support user acceptance testing and production deployment activities Documentation & Knowledge Management Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories. Document solution designs, development approaches, and support procedures. Ensure all developments are adequately documented for future maintenance and support. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize SAP processes and technical solutions.Contribute to SAP modernization and S/4HANA transformation initiatives Support implementation of best practices across SAP development and support activities. Required Technical Skills SAP Technical Expertise Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. Strong experience in SAP FI/CO module development within SAP S/4HANA environments Experience developing: 0 Reports o Enhancements o Interfaces o Forms o Conversions 0 Custom Objects Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes SAP S/4HANA& Fiori Experience working with SAP S/4HANA implementations and support projects. Experience developing and supporting SAP Fiori Applications Understanding of SAP UI technologies and integration concepts Development & Intearation Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Experience in SAP system integration and cross-module development.Knowledge of SAP enhancement frameworks and extension techniques Understanding of SAP development lifecycle and transport management processes. Preferred Technical Skils Experience with SAP MM developments and integrations Experience with SAP Asset Accounting (SAP AA) • Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC) Knowledge of European tax regulations and compliance reporting reguirements • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms Experience with SAP Solution Manager. • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation projects Oualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer focused on SAP FI/CO • Proven experience supporting enterprise SAP finance processes •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
