Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers. Install, configure, and update hardware and software. Troubleshoot system and network issues in a timely manner. Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions. Ensure data backup, security, and system reliability. Support staff with technical queries and IT-related problems.
