Sr Product Manager - Central Support Platform

Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to Develop and execute strategy for the support platform. Manage mid/high complexity products independently. You need to have a deep understanding of APIs in the consumer or merchant support space, including a strong grasp of support platform algorithms. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing our product roadmap, particularly for our lending solutions, translating technical requirements into consumer-centric offerings that drive growth. Functional Expertise Define and execute product strategy and roadmap with an emphasis on our merchant support solutions. Monitor product metrics using various data and insight tools Identifies and solves problems at the functional level while influencing beyond own area of control. Drives process improvements at product level Ensure successful product launches and high adoption rates. Problem Solving Display Customer Centric Mindset Launch new features, test their performance and iterate quickly Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation Impact Develop and execute strategy for a product &amp manage mid/high complexity product independently. Qualification & Experience BE/B.Tech or equivalent Degree.
