Vice President Sourcing Product

In this role as the Vice President - Sourcing Products at 1Buy.ai, you will play a crucial part in defining and expanding the 1Source product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include owning the product strategy, leading multi-squad execution, and shaping how analytics, dashboards, and AI systems consume and derive value from 1Source. This position requires strong B2B SaaS product leadership and a deep understanding of data underlying ML and GenAI systems. - Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, data contracts, schemas, and measurable KPIs - Define the design of downstream analytics, dashboards, and insight layers to ensure interpretable and commercially useful data - Drive an AI-first product roadmap by identifying the value of classical ML models versus GenAI approaches - Partner with AI, data engineering, and platform teams to ensure structured, enriched, and reliable data for models - Establish and maintain data governance, lineage, quality, and trust frameworks across the platform - Lead multi-disciplinary squads spanning Product, Data Engineering, AI, and Integrations as a senior product owner - Work closely with engineering leadership on scalability, performance, and reliability of ingestion and transformation pipelines - Represent the product strategy and value proposition to leadership, customers, and partners To qualify for this position, you should possess the following: - 5-9 years of experience in data products or data platform product roles - Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or industrial data products is mandatory - Experience building or scaling B2B SaaS products, ideally enterprise-grade - Strong understanding of modern GenAI architectures and building customer-facing AI products - Solid grasp of data modeling, ETL / ELT principles, integration patterns, and modern data stacks - Experience defining visualization layers and working with BI teams for dashboards and insight products - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data, and AI teams - Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders - Experience leading squads in fast-moving, high-growth environments - Exposure to electronics fundamentals, OEMs, EMS, Semiconductors is a plus In this role as the Vice President - Sourcing Products at 1Buy.ai, you will play a crucial part in defining and expanding the 1Source product portfolio.
