This is a high-impact leadership role focused on improving release quality, production readiness, testing governance, and operational stability across a complex SaaS-driven insurance technology landscape. The role combines: Operational QA leadership Vendor release coordination Regression governance Functional & performance testing oversight Progressive automation strategy The successful candidate will standardize testing processes, coordinate release validation activities, improve production readiness, and progressively introduce reusable regression and automation capabilities across integrated insurance platforms and customer-facing systems.
