This is a high-impact leadership role focused on improving release quality, production readiness, testing governance, and operational stability across a complex SaaS-driven insurance technology landscape. The role combines: - Operational QA leadership - Vendor release coordination - Regression governance - Functional & performance testing oversight - Progressive automation strategy - The successful candidate will standardize testing processes, coordinate release validation activities, improve production readiness, and progressively introduce reusable regression and automation capabilities across integrated insurance platforms and customer-facing systems.
