About the role
As an HRIS Analyst I / II at Hyster-Yale Lift Trucks India Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS (Workday). You will be responsible for ensuring solution continuity and functionality that aligns with the business requirements and objectives. Your expertise will be utilized to evaluate, implement, and support functionality within the Workday HRIS, focusing on one or more areas of a complex system requiring specialized knowledge. Your decisions on support issues and coordination of system upgrades and maintenance will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency within the established framework. Key Responsibilities: - Workday Configuration: - Provide support for all business areas by researching and resolving application problems, unexpected results, or process flaws - Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives and enhance process efficiency - Develop, configure, test, and troubleshoot the Performance and Learning application within the Workday system - Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards for key stakeholders: - Partner with Business Units to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into fully developed Workday reports - Create and maintain standardized real-time dashboards displaying key metrics and insights for business leaders - Troubleshoot report-related issues and resolve them in a timely manner - Maintain data integrations between the Workday System and external and internal systems: - Facilitate mass uploads in Workday - Proactively monitor and troubleshoot existing data integrations, supporting HR, Benefits, Talent Management operations - Support Workday releases: - Stay informed of new functionality in Workday and contribute to the deployment of feature releases - Review system upgrades/releases, conduct regression testing, and make recommendations for future enhancements - Implement, update, and maintain procedures and processes: - Capture and document all operational processes for end-user reference - Participate/Lead in scheduled and ad hoc training sessions to improve policy and process acumen Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in an appropriate discipline - 2-5 years of progressive experience in business application implementation, configuration, development, and support (Workday preferred) - Direct HRIS implementation or administration experience is advantageous - Experience in reporting, preferably HR or Workday - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel - Strong technical aptitude with various applications and systems including MS Office - Excellent consultative, organizational, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and auditing - Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written) - Understanding of software development lifecycles - Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments - Understanding of HR operational processes and employee data management Join Hyster-Yale Lift Trucks India Pvt.
