About the role
As a Senior HRIS Analyst at Hyster-Yale Lift Trucks India Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS (Workday) system. Your responsibilities will include: - Evaluating, implementing, and supporting functionality within the Workday HRIS system - Making decisions on support issues and planning, implementing, and coordinating system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance - Leading special projects and add-on deployments, partnering with the business to propose system-supported solutions - Providing leadership to analysts and resources for expanding functionality within HROne - Acting as a project manager for mini-implementations and preparing/delivering reports and dashboards for key stakeholders - Developing and maintaining Workday reports and real-time dashboards displaying key metrics and insights for business leaders - Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner - Offering technical solutions to improve data integrity and process efficiency - Maintaining data integrations between the Workday System and external/internal systems - Facilitating mass uploads of data via EIB and maintaining EIB configurations in Workday - Supporting Workday releases, capturing and documenting operational processes, and staying informed of new functionality available in Workday Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma/Degree in an appropriate discipline - 5-7 years of experience in business application implementation, configuration, development, and support (Workday preferred) - Experience in reporting HR and direct HRIS implementation or administration will be an added advantage - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel - Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and auditing, and excellent interpersonal communication skills - Understanding of software development lifecycles and HR operational processes Join Hyster-Yale Lift Trucks India Pty Ltd at their location in Pune, India, and contribute towards the success of their global operations in material handling equipment.
