Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer who can translate product ideas into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with product managers and developers to design seamless user journeys and improve usability across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Conduct usability thinking and apply UX best practices to improve product experience
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
Translate business and functional requirements into effective design solutions
Ensure designs follow responsive and mobile-first principles
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI consistency
Iterate designs based on feedback and usability considerations
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Figma
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
Experience creating wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
Good collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Basic understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Good to Have
Understanding of design systems and component libraries
Familiarity with developer handoff process
Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards
Exposure to user research or usability testing
