Job Description AI & Automation Engineer Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 35 Years Job Summary We are looking for a skilled AI & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in workflow automation, scripting, web scraping, API integrations, and AI/LLM technologies. You will build scalable systems that automate repetitive tasks, integrate business applications, and leverage AI to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar tools. Develop automation scripts using Python and Google Apps Script. Build and maintain web scraping and data extraction solutions while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. Integrate AI and Large Language Model (LLM) APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic Claude into business applications and workflows. Develop machine learning-based solutions for data classification, prediction, enrichment, and process automation. Integrate and synchronize data across CRMs, SaaS applications, databases, spreadsheets, and third-party APIs. Design end-to-end automation systems to eliminate manual and repetitive business processes. Manage SQL and NoSQL databases that support automated workflows. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation systems to ensure performance, reliability, and uptime. Prepare technical documentation for automation processes, workflows, and system architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field. 35 years of experience in automation, scripting, software development, or related technical roles. Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar. Strong programming skills in Python and/or Google Apps Script. Experience with web scraping tools such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Playwright, or Puppeteer. Practical experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into applications and workflows. Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts and their real-world applications. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, and webhooks. Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills. Preferred Skills Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Knowledge of Vector Databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with Docker, serverless architecture, and containerized deployments. Basic front-end development skills for building internal dashboards and tools.
