About the role
React Developer Location: Pune Experience: 3–4 Years (Mandatory) Role Overview We are looking for a skilled React Developer with strong experience in building high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, have hands-on experience with React.js and React Native, and possess strong expertise in state management and asynchronous programming. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js Build and deploy production-grade mobile applications using React Native Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern JavaScript and TypeScript Implement asynchronous programming patterns for API integration and data handling Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness Debug and resolve technical issues across web and mobile platforms Required Skills & Experience 3–4 years of hands-on experience in frontend or mobile development Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and modern ES6+ concepts Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles Solid experience in React Native for mobile application development Strong understanding of asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await, API handling) State Management Expertise Experience with: Redux / Redux Toolkit Context API Other modern state management libraries or patterns Preferred Skills (Nice To Have) Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations Familiarity with performance optimization techniques Knowledge of version control tools like Git Understanding of UI/UX best practices Key Competencies Problem-solving mindset Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a collaborative environment Good communication skills Skills: javascript frameworks,redux,frontend development,react libraries,javascript,redux toolkit,api,typescript,mobile development,promises,await,mobile applications,react native,react.js,react developer,async,react
