The candidate will lead end-to-end application development, solution design, technical decisions, code reviews, and team mentoring. Required Skills Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React and AngularPostgreSQL, database schema design and SQL optimizationAWS services: RDS, EKS, S3, VPC, SQS and LambdaCI/CD pipelines, DevOps and deployment automationSoftware design patterns and enterprise application architectureTeam leadership, code reviews and mentoringStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFinancial Services or Insurance experience preferredQualification Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
