JD: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Managed Operations) We are looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Managed Services Operations team. The role focuses on delivering Day 2 cloud and OS operations support across enterprise cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Linux/Windows operating systems on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. Perform incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration. Execute patching, upgrades, backup validation, monitoring, and performance tuning activities. Manage cloud infrastructure components including compute, storage, networking, IAM, and monitoring tools. Support automation and scripting for operational efficiency using Shell, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment experience using Terraform, Bicep via Terraform cloud, GitLab. Participate in change management, maintenance activities, and operational documentation. Collaborate with global teams to ensure SLA compliance and continuous service improvement. Participate in 24x7 rotational shifts and weekend/on-call support as required. Required Skills & Experience Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer management skills. 3 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or system administration operations. Strong hands-on expertise in Linux and/or Windows OS administration. Good understanding of monitoring, patching, backup, and infrastructure operations. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform, Bicep is required. Experience with scripting/automation tools is required. Understanding of Devops and devops tools is an advantage. Experience working on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Familiarity with virtualization, networking, security, and ITIL-based support processes.
