Job Title: Senior Consultant / Specialist - SAP Basis - Experience Required: 8 18 Years (TBD) - Employment Type: Fixed-Term employment with potential renewal - Location: Across PAN India locations - Shift Timings: Rotational Shift S2 (11:00 AM IST to 8:00 PM IST) Key Focus Areas Global Delivery Framework - Operational Continuity: Supporting critical business processes across extended geographic zones, ensuring high availability of SAP ABAP and Java stacks during peak operational windows. - Cross-Regional Collaboration: Interfacing seamlessly with global infrastructure and delivery teams to handle real-time system administration, changes, and standard maintenance windows. - Incident Response Stability: Providing proactive monitoring, quick resolution of setting bottlenecks, and SLA compliance within the designated service hours. Key Responsibilities - Leading and supporting hands-on implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise-wide SAP Basis landscapes. - Managing complex configurations across both SAP ABAP and Java stacks, ensuring high availability and seamless system integration. - Troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, executing system copies, and managing upgrades across critical business applications. - Collaborating with cross-functional cloud and infrastructure teams to maintain security compliance and operational excellence. Technical Skill Requirements - Core Requirements: Deep functional expertise in SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori. - Environment Exposure: Proven experience with SAP Java systems (including MII/Process Integration) and ABAP systems (such as TM, GTS, and EWM). - Database OS: Strong proficiency in SAP HANA Database management running on Linux OS (preferably hosted within Azure environments). - Preferred Tools: Exposure to SAP Solution Manager (including Managed System Configuration, Soldoc, and ChaRM), SLT replication, BODS, or BOIS is a distinct advantage.
