Peoplesoft QA Test Engineer

Role Details: Job Title: Peoplesoft QA Test Engineer End Client Name: Deloitte USI Experience: 3-10 Years Location: Noida, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Permanent role with IBU Job Description Role name: QA Test Engineer with functional knowledge on Core Peoplesoft (PS) HCM modules Role Description: Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Peoplesoft (PS) HCM functionalities such as Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment & Onboarding processes . Conduct end-to-end testing of PeopleSoft (PS) HCM functionalities, including data validation, system integration, and support user acceptance testing. The Payroll knowledge is considered as an added advantage Should have knowledge of working in QA testing and able to create reports on test results, defects, and risks. Utilize project management tools like ALM, Jira, and ClickUp for effective test planning, execution, and tracking and have leading experience. Having Automation testing experience on Selenium with Java will be a good to have. Qualifications: 4-8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, On-Boarding Process). Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes for HR, Recruitment, and Benefits. Experience with STLC methodologies and QA best practices. Expertise in using project management tools ( ALM, Jira, ClickUp ). Experience in Leading a team and directly working with client. Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium or UiPath good to have). Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
