Systems Analyst

As a Systems Analyst, you will lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into defined Agile stories. You will manage product backlogs and prioritize features for MVP delivery. Additionally, you will analyze end-to-end system workflows and perform root cause analysis on code and logs. Your role will also involve supporting QA efforts and conducting trade-off discussions with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate requirements sessions with business partners to define new features and enhancements. - Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and manage the product backlog in Jira. - Analyze system workflows, read code/logs, and support defect triage and root cause analysis. - Collaborate with technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a global Agile environment. - Mentor junior analysts and contribute to improving systems analysis practices. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst. - Expertise in breaking down complex features into user stories and managing product backlogs. - Strong experience with Jira (Jira Align preferred) and Confluence for documentation. - Solid understanding of microservice architectures, HTTP-based APIs, and networking. - Proficiency with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) for data and automation. - Ability to write and analyze SQL queries, specifically with Snowflake and PostgreSQL. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and business stakeholders. The company prefers candidates who have experience with test automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Playwright, or RestAssured, and knowledge of accessibility testing standards and practices.
