About the role
We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role requires strong hands-on ability in CAP (Node.js), SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite, along with leadership capability to guide engineering teams, drive architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery. --- Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Delivery Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of BTP-based applications and integrations. Provide hands-on guidance on CAP (Node.js) development, modeling (CDS), service design, and OData/REST API standards. Ensure scalable data modeling and performance tuning in SAP HANA Cloud (HDI containers, calculation views, SQL optimization). Lead design/optimization of Integration Suite components (CPI iFlows, API Management, Event Mesh). Team & Stakeholder Management Manage a technical team of developers/integration consultants. Mentor engineers, review code/designs, and enforce best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP functional, non-SAP, enterprise architects, DevOps). Engage with business and customer stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Quality, Compliance & DevOps Own delivery quality, performance, and SLA adherence. Drive CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), automation, and release management. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance standards. --- Required Skills 12 16 years of total IT experience with strong exposure to enterprise integration and cloud technologies. 5 7+ years hands-on experience with SAP BTP across: o CAP (Node.js/TypeScript) o SAP HANA Cloud o SAP Integration Suite: CPI, API Management Educational Qualifications B.Tech / BE / MCA / MSc (CS) or equivalent Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
