Java Support Engineer

Application Support Digital Channels Team Company: IDBI Intech Ltd Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai Experience: Minimum 3 Years Department: Digital Channels Employment Type: Full-Time Brief of the Role Provide Omni Channel Production Application Support and Maintenance for IDBI Banks Digital Channels ecosystem. Ensure seamless functioning and high availability of retail digital banking applications across multiple customer touchpoints. Collaborate closely with business, IT, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and enhancement deployment. Job Responsibilities 1 Support the newly introduced Omni Channel Production Application for Digital Banking services. 2 Troubleshoot retail customer issues and provide timely resolutions for DBD (Digital Banking Department) and ITD (Information Technology Department) teams. 3 Participate in DC-DR (Data Center Disaster Recovery) drill activities to ensure business continuity. 4 Handle Production Application Patch Deployment and monitor post-deployment stability. 5 Provide technical support for integration of new digital banking features such as Bill Payments, eNACH, NEFT, IMPS, Credit Card Payments, and other enhancements as required by IDBI Bank. 6 Maintain coordination with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and quick turnaround. 7 Prepare support documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base for recurring issues. Required Skills & Technical Expertise Proficient in Java, PL/SQL, Web Services, Angular, React JS. Exposure to Android and iOS (mobile technologies) preferred. Knowledge of Digital Banking Channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, etc.). Understanding of banking domain and operational processes. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualification Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
