About the role
- Lead architectural design from concept, schematic, and detailed drawings to execution stage * Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and design details * Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants * Ensure compliance with local building bylaws, codes, and statutory approvals * Manage and guide junior architects and drafting teams * Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design compliance * Resolve design and execution-related issues on site * Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors * Review material specifications, BOQs, and drawings for accuracy * Attend client meetings and present design proposals * Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets
