Senior Civil Engineer - Mivan Project

Designation :- Senior Civil Engineer - Mivan Project Experience :- Candidate should minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the completion of at least one building project, with knowledge of execution of all construction activities, i.e., from excavation to possession/handover to the customer, including both RCC and finishing works. Job Description :- * Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure execution aligns with structural drawings, technical specs, and project timelines. * Infrastructure Execution: Execute works relating to underground utilities, roads, drainage systems, and structural foundations. * Quality Control (QC): Enforce strict quality control standards, ensuring materials (cement, steel) and finished work meet project benchmarks. * Resource Management: Efficiently manage labor, materials, and machinery to ensure optimal utilization and reduce waste. * Safety Compliance (HSE): Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental constraints on site. * Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), measurement sheets, and update management on project milestones. * Coordination: Act as the link between consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and project management teams * Must have experience in the completion of at least one building project, with knowledge of execution of all construction activities, i.e., from excavation to possession/handover to the customer, including both RCC and finishing works. Common Tasks : - 1. Conducting site layout surveys. 2. Monitoring concrete pouring and reinforcement checks. 3. Resolving unforeseen site technical problems. 4. Resolving subcontractor interface issues.
